摘要
尼可戒是一新型戒烟药物,是只含尼古丁的胶姆剂。为了客观评定其作用和效果,本文进行了预试验。通过血浆尼古丁浓度测定,初步结果表明该药具有尼古丁替代作用,可缓解戒烟者的戒断症状,增强戒烟决心。本组尼可戒近期效果即戒烟成功率为41.7%,但由于本组病例为数较少,观察时间较短,尼可戒的远期效果难以肯定。
A clinical trial on smoking cessation using Nicorette chewing gum has been done. The results show that chewing Nicorette can produce same serum nicotine level in smokers as cigarette smoking does, which might be the cause of symptom relieving of tobacco withdrawal in some smokers. However, it is still hard to prove that the serum nicotine level is the only determinant for relieving to tobacco craving.
