摘要
报告多功能B超引导下经皮细针胰腺穿刺22例,其中胰头癌6例,胰体尾癌4例。慢性胰腺炎8例,胰体尾囊肿4例。在22例中,细胞学诊断阳性率为86.4％(19/22),超声诊断符合率为86.4％(19/22)。笔者还就操作中有关注意事项作了介绍。
Percutaneouspancreatic needle hiopsy was performed on 22 patients with pancreatic diseases under the guidance of multifunctional B-ultrasonography. This series consisted of 6 cancers of the head, 4 cancers of the body and tail, 4 cysts of the body and tail and 8 cases of chronic pancreatitis. The rate of correct diagnosis established by needle biopsy was 86.4% ( 19/22 ) , as was that made by B-ultrasonography. Cautions in manipulating the puncture needle were discussed.
