摘要
报告5例经血液,骨髓细胞学及骨髓活体组织病理检查证实为急性巨核细胞白血病(AMgL),同时骨髓活体组织检查亦符合急性骨髓纤维化(AMF)并对其诊断、治疗、预后予以讨论。
The 5 cases of acute megakaryoblastic leukemia ( AMgL or M7)reported
here were confirmed by routine blood examinations, bone marrow smear and
bone marrow biopsy, of which the last item also reported acute myelofibrosis
( AMF ) , Literatures were reviewed about the clinical aspects of AmgL and
the relationship bet ween AMgL and AMF.
