下丘脑室旁核下行植物性投射的HRP顺行追踪研究 被引量:1

摘要 将HRP泳入大鼠室旁核,在其延髓孤束核—迷走背核复合体与脊髓侧索后部、侧角、中央灰质等处出现顺行标记的纤维与终末。连续追踪时,可以区分两条室旁核下行径路。外侧径路自室旁核入下丘脑外侧区与未定带;至下丘脑尾侧部行于被盖腹侧区及其背外侧,在内侧丘系与大脑脚间。至中脑、脑桥时,随外侧丘系移向腹侧;继则行于脑干腹外侧浅部;延入脊髓侧索,最后入灰质。内侧径路经间脑室周、中脑中央灰质、第四脑室底、孤束核—迷走背核复合体、延髓与脊髓中央管周下行。 HRP was introduced into the rat hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus ( PVN ) with microelectrophoresis. Anterogradely-labeled fibers and terminals were seen in solitary and vagal complex ( SVC ) of the medulla, and in dorsal part of the lateral funiculus, lateral horn, central gray and other regions of the cord. When traced from PVN successively, two distinct descending bundles from PVN were detected. One of them, the lateral, leaves PVN and courses laterally into lateral thalamus and zona incerta.At caudal hypo-thalamus level, it runs in ventral tegmental area and a region between medial lemniscus and cerebral peduncle. In midbrain and pons, the bundle migrates yentrally along with lateral lemniscus to reach a ventro-lateral superficial position of brainstem. In spinal cord, it descends in lateral funi culus and gives rise terminals to the gray. The other bundle from PVN, the medial, descends through diencephalic periventricular gray, periaqueductal gray, floor of ventricle IV, SVC and medullary-spinal central gray.
