摘要
在发育过程中,大鼠随着年龄的增长,大脑皮层Na^+,K^+—ATP酶和Ca^(2+)—ATP酶活力显著增加,而在老化过程中,二酶括力则显著降低。体外实验表明,人参皂甙(GNS)0。10和1。00mg/ml显著抑制成年大鼠大脑皮层Na,K—ATP酶和Ca^(2*)—ATP酶的活力,对老年大鼠大脑皮层的Na^+,K^+—ATP酶和Ca^(2+)—ATP酶的活力则具有显著的兴奋作用,对新生大鼠大脑皮层Na^+,K^+—ATP酶和Ca^(2+)—ATP酶的活力却无明显影响。提示人参的抗衰老作用可能与其对脑内Na^+,K^+—ATP酶和Ca^(2+)—ATP酶的影响有关。
The effects of gensenoside ( GNS ) on the activities of Na+ , K+ -ATPase and Ca2+ -ATPase in the cerebral cortex of rats at different ages were investigated in vitro. The activities of Na+ , K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in adult rats were found 38.9% and 66.9% higher than those in newborn rats respectively. But these 2 enzymic activities in aged rats were found 15.4% and 26.1% less than those in adult rats. Addition of GNS (0.10 and 1.00 mg/ml ) to adult rat cerebral cortex in vitro inhibited the 2 enzymes dramatically, but when added to the aged,the enzymic activities were significantly excited. In the newborn the activities were not significantly altered by GNS anyway. These results suggest that the anti-aging effect of ginseng is related to its actions on the 2 ATPases in the cerebral cortex.
