摘要
线性开放二室模型的药物,首先静脉推注一个产生坪水平的负荷量,继以指数衰减滴注使中央室的药物浓度自始至终地维持在预期坪水平上。我们导出了指数衰减滴注速率及血药浓度一时间函数方程。药液配制方法,并从理论上验证了本方案的可行性。
It is desirable to achieve a required plateau level constant in the central compartment of the drugs of linear two-compartment open pharmacokinetic , model by means of first giving a load dose to produce a plateau level of concentration and then maintaining the concentration by infusing the drug at expanentially declining rate.The authors have calculated the expanentially declining infusion rate and derived the functional equation representing the drug plasma concentration-time relationship. The way to prepare drug solutions has also been exemplified and the feasibility of the, is technique verified on theoretical basis.
