摘要
本文观察和测量了不同纲的21种脊椎动物红细胞的形态及其变形能力,目的是观察两者在进化过程中的关系。已知脊椎动物红细胞从有核到无核是红细胞进化到哺乳动物形态上的突变。本实验结果说明有核和无核红细胞,核变形能力有非常显著的差异(P<0.001)。这提示了无核红细胞的较高变形性是有核红细胞进化的结果。重点讨论了红细胞形态与变形能力的关系。
The form and deformability of erythrocytes of 21 vertebrates belonging to different classes were investigated. It is well-known that there is a sudden, change from the nucleated erythrocytes in lower vertebrates to the nonucleated in mammals.Our experiments revealed a very significant difference in deform ability between the nucleated and the nonucleated erythrccytes (p<0.001). This suggests that the higher deformability of mammals' ncnudeated erythrocytes is a result of evolution, particularly in connection with the mcrphology, of erythrocyte. The relationship between the configuiaticn its deform-ability is discussed.
