摘要
本文对大鼠迷走神经结状节进行了光镜和电镜观察。节细胞有明细胞与暗细胞之分,并见到数量较多的节细胞核周区具有明显浅染区,发现这些不同的节细胞与其尼氏体形态结构和分布类型有关,指出核周区有明显浅染区的节细胞可能是处于节细胞代谢周期某一特定阶段。节细胞核仁由密度高的团块、有稀疏颗粒的不规则透亮区及中等密度的密集细粒细丝背景三部分重叠而成。不同标本、不同视野和不同细胞中所见数量较多、体积较大的空泡状结构可能是膨大型线粒体,形成原因不明。未见突触及小颗粒细胞。
Light and electron microscopies of the nodose ganglion of vagus nerve were made in rats. Light and dark neurons were recognized, and an evident lightly-stained area was seen around the nucleus in many of the ganglion cells. It is probable that these features are related to the structure and the pattern of distribution of Nissl substance and that the presence of lightly -stained areas indicates a particular stage in the metabolic cycle of neurons. Within the nucleolus 3 components could be identified; the high-density lumps, the irregular translucent areas with sparse fine granules, and a bec-kground of densely-arranged fine granules and fibrils of medium electron density. Many large vesicles were found in different neurons, which may represent swollen mitochondria developed for unknown reasons. No synaptic structure nor small neurons with dense-cored vesicles were encountered in this study.
