D系与黄羽鸡杂交56日龄经济效应测定及dw基因遗传规律分析

ANALYSIS OF THE ECONOMIC EFFECT OF GROSSBRED CHICKS FROM D LINE AND BROWN FEATHER AT 56 DAY AND GENETIC PATTERN OF DW GENE

我所选育中的D系(D型矮洛克鸡,又简称矮脚型鸡)与黄羽鸡R系、H系测交试验结果表明,在单杂交中D系作母系表现出显著的杂交优势,杂交优势率约为25％。56日龄比标准型父系体重、胸角度、跖围分别提高378.8克、5.5度、0.1厘米,跖长降低0.7厘米。D系在单杂交中作父系,其后代公母差异极显著,证实D系含有dw隐性伴性基因。

Grossbred chicks from D-line minirocker or minimeat bird, which was selected in our Institute, and R-, H-line of brown feather bird were used in this test. The results were as follows:Heterosis in R×D(D-line as a dam) was about 25%. Body weight, breast angle and shank girth of crossbred chicks at 56 day increased by 378.8g, 5.5 degree and 0.1cm respectively, and shank length reduced by 0.7cm compared with normal male of R-line. The difference between male and female chicks from D×H (D as a male parent line) was greatly significant. The results indicate that D-line carries recessive qualitative sex-linked gene.
