摘要
本文通过对中国美利奴羊毛主体支数64支毛的含硫量与其主要物理特性的测定分析,得出中国美利奴64支羊毛的含硫量为2.762±0.242%,并有91.75%以胱氨酸形式存在;发现中国美利奴羊毛的含硫量与其强度(克)、断裂伸度(%),相对强度(克/旦尼尔)、断裂功(克·厘米)、断裂比功(克/旦尼尔)、初始模量(克/旦尼尔)、卷曲度(%)、洁白度(%)均呈高度正相关;羊毛含硫量对其净毛率、毛条制成率、弹性和回弹力也有一定的影响。本次分析还得出羊毛含硫量与个体羊的净毛产量呈负相关及选择提高净毛量导致羊毛含硫量下降的结论。本文还就这种关系的机制进行了讨论并提出了进一步探讨的设想。
The sulphur contents and some physical characteristics of Chinese Merino wool were measured and analysed. The sulphur content of Chinese Merino wool with quality number 64's was2.762±0.242%,of which 91.75% took the shape of cystine. The sulphur content with strength (g), elongation at break(%), relative strength ( g/Daniell ) , work of rupture ( g.cm ), specific work of rupture ( g/Daniell ), initial modulus (g/Daniell), white degree(%), crimp ratio(%) of the wool were highly correlated. The sulphur content also influenced the scouring yield, top yield, elasticity and resilience of the wool. The negative correlation between the clean wool yield and its sulphur content was found and se- lection for high clean wool yield resulted in the decrease of the wool sulphur content.
