On Increasing the Diamond-setting Ability of Bit Matrix

摘要 文中介绍了在金刚石表面覆以金属薄膜,用陶瓷骨架取代传统的金属碳化物骨架,以及将钻头胎体中的粘结金属预先合金化等途径,以提高胎体包镶金刚石的能力.还介绍了测定胎体包镶金刚石能力的方法. Measures adopted to effectively increase the diamond-setting ability of bit matrix are described inthis paper. They are: coating the diamond surface with a metallic film; replacing the conventionalmetallic carbide frame by a ceramic one; alloying in advance the bond metal in the bit matrix. Method for determining the diamond-setting ability of bit matrix has been also suggested.
