双螺旋CT血管造影：初步临床应用

Double Spiral CT Angiography:Initial Clinical Experience

本文报告了１３７例双螺旋ＣＴ血管造影的临床应用经验，结果表明双螺旋ＣＴ血管造影可以清楚地显示主动脉、椎动脉、肾动脉及下胜表脉、颈总动脉、颈内动脉和颈外动脉主干，大脑动脉、肺动脉、肺静脉、腹腔动脉及股动脉主干和它们的１—３级分支，门静脉系统（包括肠系膜上静脉、脾静脉、门静脉主干及其１—３级分支）和３支肝静脉和它们的１—３级分支。２６例的双螺旋ＣＴ血管造影结果与手术和常规血管造影的结果的对比研究表明，双螺旋ＣＴ血管造影可靠性好，两者的符合率为１００％。

The ability and reliability of double spiral CT angiography were tested in 137 patients.The results showed that it can clearly demonstrate aorta, vertebral artery, renal artery, inferiorvena cava, arteriae carotis communis, arteriae carotis interna, arteriae carotis externa; cerebral arteries, pulmonary arteries and veins,celiac artery, and femoral artery and their 1st to 3nd order branches; portal vein system (including superior mesenteric, splenic, and main portal veins, and the 1st to 3rd order branches of the main portal vein) and 3 hepatic veins and their 1st to 3rd order branches. The comparative study of the double spiral CT angiography findings with surgical and conventional angiographical findings in 26 cases showed that the CT angiography has 100% accuracy in the corresponding diagnosis of various vessel conditions.
