This article reported the result of CT brain scanning of 261 asphyxial perinatal neonates, two main Categories of CT abnormallties we found: intracranial hemorrhage and hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy (230 cases) o There was a 88.1% positive CT finding.The CT manifestations, the pathologic basis and between brain damage and prognosis werediscussed.
