CT-value Measurement in Different Tissure of Normal children brain

正常小儿脑组织ＣＴ值国内尚无报告；作者选择１０岁以内正常小儿子１２０例，分三个年龄组进行颅内不同脑组织ＣＴ值测定，并将小儿与成人的脑绰组织值ＣＴ（平场值ｂｏ）比较，由结果看出：小儿灰质、白质及小脑ＣＴ值均明显低于成人，随年龄增长ＣＴ值递增；新生儿脑组织ＣＴ值明显低于儿童；儿童丘脑、莫过基底节ＣＴ值近似成人．小儿脑组织ＣＴ值与脑组织含水量密切相关，新生儿脑组织含水量最多约８８％，ＣＴ值最低．２岁小儿约８４％，６岁小儿约８０％，成人约７８％，故成人ＣＴ值偏高．

The normal value of different tissure in childrens brain has not yet been reported in the chinese literatue. 120 cases of normal children brain was meassured divided into 3 age groups as compared with the adult. The finding is as following comparision of childrens brain with adult according to the result we found: (1) the CT value of grey matter and white mat ter is lower in children than the adult. The CT value will be increased folio wing by theaSes. (2) the CT value is lower in neunatal as compared with children. (3) the CT value of hasal ganglion and thalamus is alike in children and adult. The CT value of the braes tissure is correlated with water-contains in the brain tissure. In neoratal brain contain 88% of water and 84% in 2 years old children 80% in 6 yearsold children and 76% in the adult.
