摘要
用双核微核法对三种煤尘亚硝化前后的致突变性进行检测,结果未经亚硝化时,三种煤尘均未呈现致突变作用;而在酸性条件下被亚硝化后,二种烟煤表现出了致突变性能,试验提示,在检测煤尘致突变作用中,体外细胞双核微核法的灵敏度高于传统微核法。
The mutagenecity of three nitrosated and non nitrosated coal dust extracts
wastested with the cytokinesis bolcked micronucleus assay. The results showed that three
coaldust extracts were non mutagenic when they had not been nitrosated, but tow
bituminouscoal of them showed mutagenecity after they were nitrosated under acidic
conditions. Thesefindings indicated that the sensitivity of cytokinesis blocked micronucleus
assay is higherthan the assay without cytokinesis blockage.
