摘要
为获得我国正常男性单倍体遗传学基线资料,用人精子与去透明带金黄地鼠卵异种体外受精技术,对正常男性536个精子核型进行了分析。结果显示,染色体自发畸变精子率为8.02%.其中非整倍体率为了1.86%,结构畸变精子率为6.16%。X—精子与Y—精子比例为50.56%:49.44%。在丹佛体制水平上,精子核型中随体联合呈随机分布,其频率为0.112。
In order to obtain the
basic data on chromosome constitution of spermatozoa in thehealthy Chinese males, sperm
karyotypes were analyzed with interspecific in Vitro fertiliza-tion between zona free golden
hamster oocytes and human spermatozoa. The results showedthat the overall rate of the
sperm cells with spontaneous abnormalities was 8.02%. Of themthe frequency of aneuploidy
and the cells with structural aberrations were 1.86%and 6.16%respectively. The ratio of X to Y
bearing sperm was 50.56%to 49.44%. The distributionof satellite association (SA) of
acrocentrics in the sperm chromosome complements was ran-domly distributed in Denver
Group Level,and the frequency of SA was 0.112.
