摘要
为获得我国正常男性单倍体遗传学基线资料，用人精子与去透明带金黄地鼠卵异种体外受精技术，对正常男性５３６个精子核型进行了分析。结果显示，染色体自发畸变精子率为８．０２％．其中非整倍体率为了１．８６％，结构畸变精子率为６．１６％。Ｘ—精子与Ｙ—精子比例为５０．５６％：４９．４４％。在丹佛体制水平上，精子核型中随体联合呈随机分布，其频率为０．１１２。
In order to obtain the
basic data on chromosome constitution of spermatozoa in thehealthy Chinese males, sperm
karyotypes were analyzed with interspecific in Vitro fertiliza-tion between zona free golden
hamster oocytes and human spermatozoa. The results showedthat the overall rate of the
sperm cells with spontaneous abnormalities was 8.02%. Of themthe frequency of aneuploidy
and the cells with structural aberrations were 1.86%and 6.16%respectively. The ratio of X to Y
bearing sperm was 50.56%to 49.44%. The distributionof satellite association (SA) of
acrocentrics in the sperm chromosome complements was ran-domly distributed in Denver
Group Level,and the frequency of SA was 0.112.
