摘要
对人脑多形性胶质母细胞瘤体外细胞系的加温实验发现，４３℃、２０一３０ｍｉｎ对瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用较小，而４５℃、２０ｍｉｎ能不可逆杀伤瘤细胞，使细胞形态明显改变，细胞增殖及集落形成受到显著抑制，细胞周期时相明显改变，瘤细胞被阻滞在Ｇ２＋Ｍ期，且Ｋｉ－６７标记指数及ＡｇＮＯＲ计数均下降。
