摘要
本文报道我科1977年至1987年手术切除食管癌873例,术后切缘癌残留88例,发生率为10.1%。术后1、5、10年生存率为72.7%、15.9%、9.2%。分析认为食管癌术后切缘癌残留的主要原因是食管切除长度不足,特别是胸中段食管癌。因此,应当切除足够长度的食管,行食管一胃颈部吻合术和术前放疗,以减少切缘癌残留的发生。
cases with esphageal
carcinoma who were operated between1971 to 1987 are reported.Residual
cancer at the margin of resection were found in 88cases(10.1%). The
survival rates at 1-,3-and 5-years after operation were 72.7%,15.9%
and 9.2% respectively.The major cause of this was that the length of
the eso-phgus excised was not enough,especially for the lesion in the
middle and lower third ofthe esophagus.Thus,it is desired that the
extent of the resection is enlarged and per-foumed cervical
esophagogastrostomy,and it be received radio therapy of preoperation.
