摘要
以小鼠Ｓ１８０为动物模型，观察大蒜素对其抑制作用。大蒜素腹腔注射，连续５天。当大蒜素分别给予２５ｍｇ，ｋｇ．ｄ和５０ｍｇ，ｋｇ ．ｄ时，则抑瘤率分别为３２．１８％（Ｐ＜０．０５）和５８．５２％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。进一步测定小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性，大蒜素组为５１．３２％，对照组为４４．２２％，两组比较差别不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本文提示：大蒜素能有效的抑制小鼠Ｓ１８０的生长，但对小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性影响不明显。
In this
paper, the effect of Allicin on the Sarcoma l80 in mice has been
studied. Allicin was injected intraperitoneally,consecutively for 5
days. when the dose of Allicin was 25mg/kg/d,and 50mg/kg/d, the
inhibition rates were 32.18%(p<0.05) and 58.52%(p<0.01),
respectively. Futhermore, the nature ki1ler cell (NK) activity of
Allicin group and control group were 51.22%and
44.22%,respectively,there was no significant difference bet ween
them (p <0.05).This results suggest that Allicin can inhi-bit the
growth of Sarcoma l80 in mice,but has no remarkable increase of
nature killer cell activity.
