摘要
从１９９２年１月～１９９３年８月，采用大剂量卡铂＋５－Ｆｕ治疗局部晚期（Ⅲ、Ⅳ）鼻咽癌４８例，完全缓解（ＣＲ）６例（１２．５％）部分缓解（ＰＲ）３６例（７５．０％），无变化（ＮＣ）６例（１２．５％），有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）８７．５％（４２／４８）。毒性反应主要是恶心呕吐４５例（Ⅰ级１０例，Ⅱ级３５例），占９３．８％；白细胞下降３６例（Ⅰ级１２例，Ⅱ级２０例）Ⅲ级４例），占７５．Ｏ％；脱发１９例（Ⅰ级９例，Ⅱ级８例，Ⅲ级２例），占３９．６％。
From
January 1992 to August 1993, 48 patients with locally
advancednasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with combined
chemotherapy including carboplatin,5-fluorouracil. The results showed
that 6 cases (12.5%) achieved complete remission (CR),36 cases
(75.0%0 partial remission (PR), 6 cases (12.5%) no change (ZC). The
overall res-ponse rate (CR+ PR) was 87.5%(42/48). The toxicity of the
combined chemotherapy wasnot severe. 45 cases had nausea and vomiting
(93.8%)(10 cases with I° and 35 cases withII°). Mile myelosup
pression occurred in 36 cases (75.0%)(12 cases with I° 20 cases
withII° and 4 cases with III°). Nineteen patients had alopecia
(39、6%) (9 cases with I°, 8 caseswith Il and 2 cases with III
°)
