摘要
作者应用ABC法对101例胆囊良恶性病变的八种凝集素受体(LectinReceptorLR)进行研究。结果发现,DBA,PNA,PHA-E受体在良恶性病变的表达不同。正常胆囊含丰富的DBA受体,但无PNA,PHA-E受体。从不同程度异型增生,癌旁组织到胆囊癌,PNA,PHA-E受体阳性率逐渐增高,DBA受体逐渐降低,LR在分化较好的胆囊癌主要分布在胞质顶端区,分化较差者主要分布在胞质及胞膜,我们认为检测PNA,PHA-E,PNA受体可做为鉴别胆囊良恶性病变以及发现癌前病变的依据。作者还探讨了胆囊癌的组织发生。
Eight sorts
of Lectins Receptors(LR) were examined histochemicallyand analysed in
103 cases of benign and malignant lesions of human gallbladder with
lectin. Nor-mal gallbladder surface epithelium contained rich DBA
recetorDBA─R) but not PNA─R, PHA─ER. The positive rates of PNA─R;
PHA─E R indreased and DBA─R decreased graduallyfrom dysplasia and
boarding areas of tumor to the carcinoma. Positive binding sites of
LR were lo-cated in the apical cytoplasmic in well─differentiated
carcinoma but it was located in the cyto-plasm in poor─
differentiated carcinomas. The study suggested that the difference of
positive rateand distribution of DBA─R,PNA─R,PHA─E R could provide
the evidence for the differentia-ted diagnosis between benign and
malignant lesions of gallbladder and for finding the
precancerouslesions. The histogenesis of gallbladder carcinoma was
also discussed.
