摘要
本文小结我科自１９８６年２月至１９９２年８月间为５例胸壁肿瘤大面积切除并用薄钛合金不锈钢片（ｔｉｔａｎｉｕｍｐｌａｔｅ）Ｉ期修复缺损的体会，并对本术式的适应证、方法和缺损修复材料的的选择等进行了讨论。
