大肠癌组织脂肪酸组成的变化 被引量:1

CHANGES OF FATTY ACID COMPOSITION IN TISSUES FROM PATIENTS WITH CANCER OF LARGE INTESTINE

摘要 应用毛细管柱气相色谱法分析比较了15例大肠癌患者癌组织与癌周围正常组织脂肪酸组成情况。结果显示,癌组织磷脂的C16:0、C18:0和C18:0/C18:1比值(SI值)降低,C20:4和不饱和脂肪酸/饱和脂肪酸比值升高,但中性脂肪酸组成无明显改变。提示,脂肪酸在组织中分布的差异可能与肿瘤的发生发展有关。 The Fatty acid composition of phospholipids and neutral lipids in cancer tissues and non─cancerous tissues in 15 patients with cancer of large intestine were analysed by capillary─column gas─liquid chromatography(GLC). Results showed a significant reduction in C16:0, C18:0 and C18:0/C18:1 (SI), and a significant enhancement in C20 :4 and unsaturated fatty acids/saturated fatty acids molar ratios ( U/S) in phospholipids were observed in cancer tissues as compared to noncancerous tissues in patients with cancers of large intestine. However the fatty acid composition of neutreul lipids were similar in cancer tissues as compared to non─cancerous tissues.It was suggested that abnormalities of fatty acid distribution in the tissue phospholipids of patient with cancer could be related to tumour growth.
