摘要
作者以细胞数、细胞分裂指数、标记指数,标记有丝分裂指数等为观察指标,研究了茶多酚(GTP)对体外培养的人体肿癌细胞SMMC—7721的抗肿瘤活性,并与正常人肝细胞作比较。结果:0.025mg/ml和0.05mg/ml的GTP对肝癌细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用,细胞分裂指数明显下降,能阻滞细胞周期的各个进程,并与剂量有关,较大剂量的作用较明显;GTP对正常人肝细胞无上述作用。本实验为茶多酚开发应用提供了理论依据。
Anticancer action of chinese green tea polyphenols(GTP) on
human liver cancer cell was studied in vitro. Tne proliferation
numbers of cells in culture ,mitotic index (MI), labeling
index(LI)and propostion of labeled mitosis(PLM) were observed and
compared with human normal liver cells. The results showed that(1)
GTP at 0. 025 and 0. 05mg/ ml could sighificantly innibit the growtn
of liver cancer cell;( 2) MI of the two groups of GTP were
significantly lower tnan that of control;( 3) GTP could block the
every migration of liver cancer cell from Gl to M phase. These
effects were related witn the dosage of GTP. Inhibitory effect at 0.
05mg/ml was stronger than that at 0.025mg/ml,The result also showed
that GTP hadn′t above effect on human liver cells. The study would
provide theoritical basis for using GTP.
