摘要 利用胱氨酸废液中游离氨基酸为主要成份研制氨基酸肥料,既解决了废液排放问题,又开辟了新的肥料来源。本文详尽叙述这一研制的工艺原则流程,强调添加剂在这一流程中的作用,并对氨基酸肥料的肥效进行了试验研究。 This paper presented experiment of adsorbing phenylalanine from the hydrolysate of porcine blood powder with kind of active carbons. A powerful active cabon was chosen for testing the conditions of adsorption and de-adsorption. The results indicated that adsorption capacity of the 8th active carbon was largest and this carbon was eluted easily. Combining static adsorption with dynamic elution was better than the others. Idenfification by HPLC has been carried out. This method is simple and popularized easily.
