摘要
本研究利用绢纺厂废丝为原料,在6mol/L盐酸110℃条件下进行水解,探讨水解时间与氨基酸含量之间的关系。试验结果经数理统计表明:它们之间的关系符合方程y=a+bx+cx ̄2,大部分单一氨基酸和混合氨基酸在被水解15小时左右时,其含量最高。实验也表明绢纺废丝的氨基酸含量在95%以上。
The waste silk from spinning factory was used as raw material to investigate the relationship between the time of hydrolysis and the content of the amino acids, at 6 mol/L HCl and 110℃.The research showed that the relationship between the hydrolysis time and the content of amino acids accords with the equation : y=a+bx+cx ̄2,and the contents of the most single amino acids and the mixed amino acids were the highest when the time of hydrolysis was about 15 hours.The research also showed the content of the amino acids in the waste silk from spinning factory was more than 95%.
