摘要
本文给出任意厚度平板晶体布拉格情况的X射线动力学衍射通式,并以之详细研究原子散射因子实部为零时晶体对X射线的衍射特征。
Formulae for X-ray dynamical Bragg difraction, Which are applicable even when the contribution of the real port of atomic scattering factors to structure factor vanishes, are derived for a plane-parallel crystal with arbitrary thickness on these formulae , dynamical Bragg re reflection and transition induced only by the imaginary pert of atomic scatteringfacors are stud studied in detail for such a crystal.
