质流相似法原理与过程分析

PRINCIPLE AND PROCESS ANALYSIS IN THE SIMILARITY METHOD OF MASS FLOW

提出的所谓质流相似法,不同于传质相似理论中方程分析法和量纲分析法.质流相似法是通过质交换现象中基本传质方式的质流量相似,再转换成与质流量有关的各物理量场的相似,以获得相似准则和准则方程式.此法独特新颖,与笔者曾提出的热流相似法通融一体,对于热工相似理论的完善和发展,起到一定的作用.

The similarity method of mass flow, as it is called in this paper, is different from the methods of equational analysis and the dimensional analysis. This similarity method is got through similarity of the mass flow rate for basic forms of mass transfer in mass exchange phenomenon ,and then similarity of the mass flow rate is transformed into the field similarity on physical parameters connected with the mas flow rate. At last the au-thor can generalize the similarity numbers and the dimensionless equation. The similarity method is a novel and pithy analysis method, and it may be welted with the similarity method of heat flow presented also by the author. It play important role in complement and development of the heat transfer-mass transfer similarity theory.
