摘要
通过反复实验找到了显示GGr15钢激光淬火后奥氏体晶粒的有效腐蚀剂,并对比测定了该钢激光淬火和常规淬火后的奥氏体晶粒度,结果表明,GGr15钢经激光淬火后奥氏体晶粒得到了明显的细化。
Through numerous trials, an effective etching agent was lound Ipecially for observing grain siaes of the nustcnite in GCrl5 steel after laser heat treatment. By using this agent, the average grain siae in the steel was determined, and compared with that in conventionally heattrcated GCr15 steel . The result indicated that the austenite grain sizes become obviously finer after the laser heat treatment, which is in agreement with that predicted by thermodynamics.
