剃齿中两啮合线相对位置与奇数接触点的确定

为了定量计算剃齿刀修形曲线,本文导出了剃齿工艺过程中形成的两条啮合线的相对位置方程,提出了奇数接触点的计算方法。经实践证明,效果良好。

In order to fixed - quantity calculating the modification curve of the shaving - cutter, this paper, the relative position equation of the left and right presure lines in the shaving process is deduced and the calculating method of odd contacting points in a gearing cirde was putted forward. In practices, it had been proved that using the above- conclusion conld be well.
