柴油机燃烧室壁面上油膜蒸发的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研制出一套用于研究柴油机燃烧室壁上油膜蒸发过程的模拟试验装置.利用该试验装置,测量出了热壁面上油膜蒸发过程.研究了壁面温度、气流运动和气流温度对油膜蒸发过程的影响.根据由试验结果得出的经验模型.给出了油膜蒸发速率和壁面热流密度的一般表达. The purpose of this study is to investigate the behaviors of fuel film e-vaporation on the wall of combustion chamber n diesel engines. A test bed for investigating the process of fuel film evaporation on the wall of combustion chamber was developed. The process of fuel film evaporation on a hot wall was studied. The effects of wall temperature, air flow velocity and air flow temperature on the behaviors of fuel film on a hot wall were also studied experimentally. A model was established to investigate the heat and mass transfer during the process of fuel film evaporation on a hot wall numerically.
