绞股蓝资源质量评价指标的研究

Study on the Evaluation Targets of the Gynostemma Resources Quality

根据安徽九华山地区几种绞股蓝化学成分的分析，并参考几年来以其纯品茶所作的人群试验效果，首次提出绞股蓝资源质量评价指标的基本依据是该种的医疗保健功能。这种功能不仅与该种的总皂甙含量多少有关，同时也与黄酮类物质、氨基酸含量及有益和有害元素的水平有关。

According to the chemical composition analysis of several species of Gynostemma in the Mt.Jiuhua district(Anhui Province),and referring to the long-term experimental study on drinkingthe unmixed gyncotemma tea of a single species ,the paper for the first time points out that thebasis of the quality-evaluation targets of the Gynostemma resources is the medical treatment andhealth care function of the species.The function relates to not only the content of total saponinsof the species, but also the content of flavonoids and amino acids,and the level of the healthfuland harmful substances.
