摘要
过去有关文献都认为西非高粱具有细胞质雄性不育基因，本文以植物雄性不育综合理论为依据，并根据一些高粱品种对Ａ１Ａ２两种雄性不育类型的反应结果论证了西非高粱细胞质中不仅有Ａ１型雄性不育基因，同时含有Ａ２型可育基因。
It is well recognied in former papers that there is cytoplasmic male--steril gene inmilo. Accosding to the compsehenive theosy of plant male stesility and the reaction of someSorghum Varieties to Al and A2 male sterility. It is demonstrated here that there is not onlyAl male--sterile gene but also A, fertile gene in cytoplasm of Milo.
