摘要
优质面包小麦的产量和品质与氮素供应关系密切。本文应用近年来我省面包小麦栽培技术研究成果,论述了氮素供应量和供氮方式对面包小麦的产量、品质及烘烤性状影响,指出了通过氮素促控措施,实现面包小麦丰产优质的途径。
Some bread wheat varieties were used to analyze the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on their grain yield and quality. The result showed that responses of grain yield,protein content,dough strength and bread loaf volume to nitrogen fertilizer were positive and significant. The data indicated that grain yield and quality could be simultaneously improved by applying nitrogen fertilizer rationally.
