摘要
小麦籽粒形成和灌浆期间在温室、大田对小麦穗、旗叶进行热处理,研究结果表明:1.小麦籽粒形成后如遇高温,正常灌浆进程受到抑制,粒重下降,2.小麦旗叶在高温条件下,叶面薄膜组织受损,影响光合作用正常进行,3.小麦品种间对高温反应不同,为筛选抗耐高温品种提供了可能。
Heat treatment of wheat spikes and flag leaves were done during the grain-filling period and kernel development in the greenhouse and the field. The results indicated that the occurrence of hot days after the kernel development period inhibited normal grain - filling procedure and grain weight decreased. When the flag leaves grew under high day temperatures condition, membrance injury damaged normal photosynthesis proceeding. High day temperatures -reaction differ between wheat cultivars. Hence, it is possible to screen more tolerant and resistant cultivars from heat treatment.
