A Technique for Measuring Piezoelectric Multifunction Inertia Sensors

本文讨论了以现有测试系统为基础,测试新研制的压电惯性传感器输出模拟量及脉冲量的可行性,并给出了测试方法与测试结果。

On the base of normal measuring system,the permissibility of measuring output analogue volume and pulse volume of newly developed piezoelectric inertial sensors is discussed. The results and the measuring method are also described.
