香料烟叶片外观性状与化学成分的关系分析

Study on the relationship between main appearance characters of leaf and chemical onstituents in oriental tobacco

利用Ｓａｍｓｕｎ品种，研究了香料烟叶片４个主要外观性状与５种化学成分的关系。结果表明：化学成分主要受叶面积和颜色的影响，尤以糖含量受影响最大。据此认为，改善烟叶质量的关键是减小叶面积和控制颜色深化。

The study of the relationship between four appearance characters of leaf and chemical constituents in tobaccocultivar Samsun showed that the main appearance characters influencing chemical constituents were leaf area and curing color,which influenced the contents of total sugar greatly. It was considered that the oriental tobacco quality improvement wasto control leaf area and curing color.
