丹皮多糖的提取纯化及其药理作用初步研究

Study on extraction, purification and blood - sugar lowering of a polysaccharide from danpi (root shin of Paeonia suffruticasa Andr. )

中药丹皮用冷水浸提，粗提物用ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素柱纯化，得到丹皮多糖。凝胶柱层析和醋酸纤维薄膜电泳表明其为均－性多糖。咔唑反应和纸层析证明该多糖为酸性多糖。药理试验证实丹皮多糖具有显著的降血糖作用。

Danpi polysaccharide (DP) was obtained from Danpi(root skin of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. )with cold water extraction and DEAE-Cellulose column chromatography. Gel chromatography and electrophoresis showed that DP was homogeneous. Carbazole reaction and paper chromatography revealed that DP was a kind of acidic polysaccharide. Pharmacological test verified that DP could significantly lower mice blood sugar.
