摘要
本文用四氧嘧啶将小鼠建造成糖尿病动物模型。8周后,取胰尾组织作电镜观察,对腺泡细胞的超微结构和酶原颗粒的定量分析进行了研究。结果表明:糖尿病模型小鼠胰腺腺泡细胞中粗面内质网扩张、脱颗粒;线粒体峪紊乱或断裂;胞浆内出现许多髓样小体;酶原颗粒数(N值)减少(P<0.01),体密度(Vv值)降低(P<0.01)。显示:实验性糖尿病小鼠胰腺腺泡细胞超微结构和酶原的合成受到一定程度的损害。
The model of experimental diabetes was built with Alloxan in mouse. After eight weeks,the uItrastructure and zymogen granule of the Pancreatic acinar cell were observed and analysed by electron-microscopy.The results showed that RER Mi ap-peared morphological changes, myelia figure occurred and size and volume density of zy-mogen granule deerease(P<0. 01 ).It indicate that the experimental diabetes mellitushave damaged effect on the uItrastrueture and synthesis of zymogen in the paiicreaticacinar cell.
