复方穿山甲口服液的抗炎及镇痛作用

The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Chuan Shan Jia drinking liquid

复方穿山甲口服液临床主治男性慢性前列腺炎，疗效显著。本文着重研究其抗炎和镇痛作用。结果显示，复方穿山甲口服液对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀度及对大鼠松节油气囊肉芽增生的急慢性炎症反应均有明显的抑制作用，表明其具有一定的抗炎作用；热板法与扭体法的镇痛实验结果也表明，具有一定的镇痛作用。

The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Chuan Shan Jia drinking liquid were studied. The results showed that the Chuan Shan Jia drinking liquid possessed significantly antiinflammatory activity in several models of acute and chronic inflammation, such as inhibition oedema induced by dimethyl benzene in mice ear and air pouch granuloma induced by turpentine in rats, suggesting that it has some anti-inflammation. Another experimental results of the nothing and hot-plate reactions in mice also showed that the Chuan Shan Jia drinking liquid suppressed the reactions, suggesting that it has some analgesic effect.
