摘要
采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)微量注射和微电泳方法,观察大鼠丘脑背内侧核(MD)的传入纤维联系。结果表明:MD接受前额区皮质、颞叶新皮质、脑岛无颗粒型皮质、梨状区皮质、杏仁复合体,苍白球腹侧部;丘脑网状核;上丘、黑质网状部;小脑齿状核的传入纤维。
The afferent connections of the mediodorsal nucleus of the thalamus were studied by means of retrograde axonal transport method of horseradish peroxidase(HRP).Experiments utilized microinjective and microiontophoretic delivery system through vertical and oblique approaches. The results show that the nuclear groups projecting into the mediodorsal nucleus are prefrontal and tempral neocortex, agranular insular cortices, piriform cortex, amygdaloid complex and ventral pallidum; reticular nucleus of the thalamus; superior colliculus, pars reticulata of the substantia nigra and dentate nucleus of the cerebellum.
