豚鼠食管壁内一氧化氮合成酶神经元的组织化学观察

摘要 近年研究证明,NADPH-黄递酶组化法可选择性地显示NO合成酶神经元。我们应用此法观察了豚鼠食管,结果表明:食管各段壁内肌间神经丛神经网格的形态基本一致。神经节形态差异较大,长宽带状和细长条索状的较多见,偶见“V”字形的。阳性神经元约占肌间神经丛中神经细胞总数的66%~76%。一些节间束中也含有较多、较小的阴性神经元。在粘膜下层未见神经节和阳性神经元。 Recent researches confirm that the neurons containing NO synthase can be shown by NADPH-diaphorase histochemical method. By this staining, we observed the myenteric plexus in the esophagus of guinea-pig. The results showed that the shape of the nervous network in the different parts of the esophagus was basically similar.The shape of the ganglia varied a lot. Many Of them preserted long, wide-band or thin, long-cord, occansionally, the 'V'-shape. The NADPH-diaphorase positive neurons constituted about 66% ̄ 76% of the neurons in the myenteric plexus. Negative neurons in some nervous strands were found greater in number and smaller in size. In the submucosa, ganglia and positive neurons were not found.
