摘要
用辐照剂量为9.5KGy60Coγ射线照射的真空包装猪肉进行Ames试验、SCE试验和骨髓PCE微核试验。三种试验均为阴性。结果表明辐照猪肉对人体细胞和实验小鼠无致突变作用。
Irradiated pork meat(Source: Co Gamma rays, Dose: 9. 5 KGy) was observed for its mutation. The tests included Ames test, SCE test and Polychromatic erythrocytes MN test. The results of all these three tests were negative. It is shown that irradiated pork meat Wasn't a mutagen to humanity and experimental animals.
