The Frequency-Response Property Analysis of the LiTaO_3 SAW Colour TV Filter

本文介绍了在研制和生产38MHz LiTaO_3彩电声表面波滤波器(SAWF)中出现的频响特性的几种现象:(1)无波形;(2)低端波形不好;(3)高端过渡带锯齿形。实验分析表明,这些现象是由于基片材料的质量和不正确的加工造成的。

Some phenomena appeared in frequency response of 38MHz LiTaO3 SAW filter made in our institute are presented:1, no waeform; 2. poor waves in low side; 3.saw-tooth within upper transition band.It has been shown that these phenomena are cajtsed by poor quality and incorrect processing of the substrates.
