本文介绍压电和电致伸缩陶瓷致动器用的材料,致动器的结构形式与特点,部分新应用以及致动器今后的发展趋势。
This paper presented the materials used for piezoelectric and electroslrktive ceramic actuators, the construction forms and characteristics of actuators, some new applications and the developing trend in future.
