摘要
本文首先简单地回顾了声学卷积发展的历史;然后从卷积的数学定义出发,深入地讨论了声学卷积的基本原理;最后以电磁非线性相互作用为基础,从微扰理论出发,详细地分析了半导体-空气隙-压电体型声表面波卷积器的物理过程,并导出了它的卷积效率公式。
This paper firstly gives a brief review on the developing history of acoustic convolution. And then according to the mathematic law of convolution the basic principles of acoustic convolution are further discussed; Finally, with the perturbation-theory,. the physical process of SAW convolvers-semiconductor-gap-piezoelectrics based on the electromagnetic nonlinear interaction is analysed in detail and its convolution effeciency formula is also derived.
