摘要
在研究L615小鼠血浆脂蛋白代谢变化中,所观察的各项检测指标均明显高于正常对照组。其中TC、vLDLc升高最明显;HDLc/TC比值明显降低,并随外周白细胞数升高而降低;而vLDLc/TC比值升高则随外周血白细胞数升高而升高。应用放射受体分析法研究发现,L615小鼠外周血淋巴细胞LDL受体对其特异配基的最大结合量(Bmax)及结合位点数均随外周血白细胞数升高而增加,最高可达正常的9.8倍,但各组解离常数表明,其亲和力则逐渐下降,内吞亦相对降低,HDL受体的Bmax及结合位,点数均明显高于对照组,亲和力较正常降低,但随外周血白细胞数升高而逐渐升高,乃至与对照组无显著差异。
Several parameters to understand lipid and lipoprotein metabolism in leukemiac 615 mice(L615) were observed.It was found that TC,HDLc,LDLc and vLDLc were higher than those is control groups.Among these porameters,the increasings of TC and vLDLc were most obvious.HDLc/TC ratio significantly decreased and,lower and lower,while vLDLc/TC ratio increased significantly,and higher and higher,with the increasing of white blood cell count.Furthermore,by means of radio-receptor assay our researches indicated that,in LDL receptors of L615 peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL),the Bmax and the binding sites were more and more with the increasing of white blood cell count and reached 9.8 times as much as those in control groups at their highest level.But,according to Kd,the affinity was lower and lower.In HDL-receptors of L615 PBL,the Bmax was also obviously more than that of control groups,but it tended towards decreasing.Although the affinity was lower than that of control groups.it was more and more with the increasing of white blood cell count.
