摘要
在手术显微镜下对17例(34侧)正常成人脑标本进行观察。(1)大脑内静脉多在室间孔后缘由丘纹上静脉、透明隔静脉和脉络膜上静脉形成,(2)左右大脑内静脉多在第三脑室顶同一水平面内后行。(3)左右大脑内静脉间最窄处多位于大脑内静脉的前半,最宽处多位于其后半,其间距分别为0.60±1.10mm和6.27±2.16mm。(4)大脑内静脉绕过松果体后行时,多位于松果体外上方。所有大脑内静脉均注入大脑大静脉。(5)本文还对大脑内静脉属支的出现率、起源、形成、管径、回流和支数进行了观察。
The CIV and its tributaries were evaluated under an operating microscope (16x) in seventeen fromalin fixed adult cadaveric brains (thirty-four hemispheres).(1) CIV is formed mainly by thalamostriata superior vein, septi pellucidi vein and choridae superior vein. (2) The left and right CIV run posteriorly at the top of the third ventricular in same horizontal plane in most specimens. (3) The smallest distance between CIVs is 0. 06 ±1. 10 mm which mostly locate at anterior half of CIV and the largest distance between CIVs is 6. 27±2. 16 mm which mostly locate posterior half of CIV. (4) CIV pass round pinead body supero-lateraly in most specimens. All CIV drain into great cerebral vein. The rate of present, origin, diameter, drainage, number of branch of the tributary of CIV were examined carefully in this article.
