Bioluminescent measurement of human erythrocytes ATP contents of different age groups

本文用萤光素－萤光素酶生物发光法测定了不同年龄组人红细胞内ＡＴＰ含量，发现老年组和脐血组红细胞内ＡＴＰ含量分别为１．５５±０．２８ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ^（－１）ＲＢＣ和１．５６±０．２５ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ^（－１）ＲＢＣ，中年组和青年组红细胞内ＡＴＰ含量分别为１．４５±０．１２ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ^（－１）ＲＢＣ和１．４２±０．１２ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ^（－１）ＲＢＣ，老年组和脐血组红细胞内ＡＴＰ含量明显高于中青年组。

Human erythrocytes adenosine triphosphate (ATP) contents of different age groups were measured with bioluminescence of firefly luciferase. ATP contents in old age group and unbilical blood group are higher than that of young group and middle age group. The former are 1. 55±0. 28 mmol· L￣(-1) RBC and 1. 56 ±0. 25 mmol · L￣(-1) RBC, the latter are 1. 42±0. 12 mmol· L￣(-1) RBC, and 1. 45±0. 12 mmol · L￣(-1) RBL. There are marked different between them.
