Mixed-sintering of Electronic Ceramics

混合烧成是制造性能优异的电子陶瓷的一种有效方法。本文介绍应用这种方法的两个例子。一是制备高稳定性高耦合系数的压电陶瓷,另一是制备高介电常数高温度稳定性的介电陶瓷。

Mixed-sintering is an effective method for preparing electronic ceramics with outstanding properties. Two examples of using this technique are reported in this paper. One is the manufacture of piezoelectric ceramics with high stability and high coupling factor, the other is the manufacture of dielectric ceramics with high dielectric constant and high temperature stability.
